His work bridges the worlds of acting training and personal transformation, emphasizing authenticity, emotional truth, and self-discovery.

Gaurav specializes in guiding students through professional acting programs, including those applying for BFAs and MFAs. He provides mentorship on audition techniques, monologue preparation, and artistic statements, helping students craft compelling applications for top acting schools. His teaching incorporates a range of methodologies, including The Meisner Technique , Improvisation, Theatre of the Oppressed, psychodrama, and movement-based practices, ensuring actors develop both technical skills and a deep connection to their craft.

Building Products that People Love

Like many others starting out, I began my career with a lot of questions—What should I do? What am I good at? How do I find work that feels meaningful? Spoiler: I didn’t land on a concrete answer right away. I studied computer science—not because I was certain it aligned with my passions, but because I was encouraged to do so by people who cared about me and my future. And honestly, that was enough at the time.

After several ups and downs early in my career, I found myself drawn to a different kind of challenge: understanding people, identifying the problems they face, and thinking through how technology could help. That curiosity pulled me toward product management—a field where I could blend creativity, strategy, and collaboration to solve real-world problems and drive impact.

Today, I’m a product leader in the healthcare industry, focused on building 0–1 products that help patients and providers achieve better outcomes. I work across engineering, design, data science, clinical, and operations teams to bring ideas to life. Sometimes, that means using the latest in AI, and other times, it’s about finding the simplest solution to the most human problem. My 14-year journey has been anything but linear, and that’s taught me that careers are shaped by curiosity, relationships, adaptability, and the opportunities you choose to explore. Her personal journey took an unexpected turn after surviving Taiwan’s worst earthquake in 25 years — an experience that reshaped her perspective on resilience, purpose, and life. This transformation inspired her memoir Shaken. Not Broken, a raw, uplifting reflection on finding strength and hope through adversity.

Now based in Bali, Nam is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), specializing in career and resilience coaching. Using neuroscience-backed techniques, she helps professionals gain clarity, navigate career shifts, and align their work with their authentic selves.
